Whoever said that self improvement is about women? It's all about you, so you can feel better in your skin, so you can afford the things you want to have/do.

And if you are so devoted to sex, through self improvement you can come to the finances necessary to pay for sex and companionship(NOT a real relationship).

Yes, that is the blackpill; no amount of acting "alpha"/dominant, showering, wearing better clothes, approaching, or otherwise even changing your mindset in life will change the fact that you were genetically cursed with subhuman bone structure/height/facial features/frame/mental status, and nothing can change that apart from expensive corrective surgery...

The only reasonable types of "self-improvement" I can advocate for is gymmaxxing and wealthmaxxing, and neither are solely for foids, since there's no physique and no money for your face and height; it does, however, work for self-defense in the case of gymmaxxing, and a more comfortable life and set goals for coping in the case of wealthmaxxing.
