Nah, but there was a proposal to ban fast food markets from schools as well as raise the legal age to smoke each year so eventually it would be outright banned.

People getting arrested for this shit doesn't happen very often but it still does on an uncommon basis, because of how vague and subjective the laws are it's honestly retarded.

Simply causing harm or spreading disinformation or misinformation is grounds for an offense and maybe a year or more in prison depending on the severity deemed by the court.


Free speech does not exist in the UK, nowhere in it's laws or constitution does it state you have free speech just freedom of expression which is limited by other laws if it is deemed offensive.

I saw that, on X there was a note under it saying it was because she started verbally abusing and throwing a tantrum when staff told her to leave. I didn't know some mcdonalds have a rule for unaccompanied school kids though jfl.

Edit - The rule is that under 18s can't dine in after 5pm, without an adult. I guess thats because chav like teens tend to hang around in groups, in and around some mcdonalds, and act like little shits towards the workers and others eating there. Anti social behavior basically, I have seen that before at my local mcdicks tbh.
