A targeted individual is someone who has been put under a watchlist program to psychologically torture the individual via gangstalking and harrassment and through electronic means such as infrasound, electromagnetic radiation, synthetic telepathy (aka Voice of God weapon) which was used In Iraq by the US military.Psychological torturing of the indivdiual starts with prep work, where you are being watched, however you are not aware that you are being watched. The purpose of watching you discreetly is to ensure that your triggers, stressors, things that impact you in a negative way can be ascertained in silence and a psychological profile of you created that can be used against you in an overt but subtle way repeatedly day after day once they do decide to make you aware of your overt targeting. In the community, this normally takes place in the form of gang stalking where groups of communities are told to watch and harrass you and since you are now aware that you are being targeted, it take a psychological toll on your health and makes you look paranoid and in need of medical attention, which is their goal. At work, this normally takes place in the form of workplace bullying whereby a handler is chosen to harrass you by overburdening you with work, slandering you in office, by sensitizing you to stimulus's in the environment by repeatedly doing the things such as coughing as you walk by them, clearing their throat, repeatedly walking by your office etc. Once you are sensitized to these stimulus’s you are more hypervigilant and this also distracts you from work, gets you very anxious so that you cannot perform the work and then you are labelled as being incompetent and either put on a Personnel Improvement Program or fired from work. If you complain about this to HR or take legal actionvery little help will be given by HR and an attorney if you are able to find one, will not act in your best interest. At your home these gangstalkers will occupy apartments above and beside you to harrass you with noise campaigns such as banging doors, loud whistling noises, honking horns outside your apartment, asking the children to shout just as you walk past to make you alert when you already are in a hypervigilant state, not letting you sleep by making noises just before you go to bed so that you get panic attacks and are unable to sleep. At extreme ends you will also be targeted by your neigbhors and these people through infrasound, certain frequencies which target different portions of your body and make you severly ill causing headches, vertigo, stomach pain, ulcers. When the targeting gets extreme you will also be exposed to people talking about you remotely using synthetic telepathy which beams the sound to you only. The details of these technologies are available in the public domain and can be researched and some have actually been used in wars by US military. So as you can see this is a psychological warfare against an individual and the community goes along with this because they have been told lies about you as a person by someone in a position of authority (government, intelligence agencies, military, police) and because as a citizen you will not question these authority figures, you are made to believe what they say and are unable as a targeted individual to explain your story in return. Communities who target individuals also know the harm that they are causing to an individual but continue to do so notheless for fear of similar repurcussion if they do not comply with the authority figure. So you are pscyhologically tortured at home, at work, on the road and this is a targeted individuals daily life. Since this goes on repeatedly year after year, there is little a person can do but educate the community online or in person about this harrassment and torture program and become an activist to show the true nature of these rogue people and expose them for what they actually are in the public's eyes. All these activities are unconstitutional, are severe invasion of privacy without any probable cause and yet they continue unchallenged because the fear these rogue people have instilled in the public and the targeted individuals basically remain targeted for the rest of their lives. They neither are charged with a crime, neither see their day in court, and never get justice. As a targeted individual you have to stand up for your own.

You cannot unfortunately avoid being a victim here. If someone wants to initiate a harassment campaign against you with resources involved to have Community Stalkers and synchronize your Targeting through them there is little you can do because the resources are unlimited here. Corporate Whistleblowers, Whistleblowers in Government, People who know too much about this program of harassment, the methods and technologies used, victims of chance and easy opportunity such as loners or persons without family, are prime examples of people who will be blacklisted by the Government and have an unending harassment campaign initiated against them. Part of this process is being used as a mechanism to control the population. And the other part is being used to repeatedly torture people with the same tactics if they go against the Government’s interests. Message being given is either comply/die.

The campaign uses a whole lot of Fake Propaganda to get people to do repeated harassment against you to maintain the myth and lie they have put in the first place about you. Goal is to first break you down fully, this means to harass you at your residence, ensure no source of livelihood to you by denying you jobs or initiating Workplace Bullying towards you by your colleagues so that you cannot sustain a job, making you dependent on medications and/or alcohol/drugs, and then ultimately having you on the street isolated and without any family and friends to support you. Once you are broken down and isolated, and if you survive till then, they will use you as they please, either they will continue the repeated harassment against you, or they will use you to train other individuals not yet accustomed to this New World Order. Based upon my observations, they look for certain traits, the utmost important one is that you fear them, which is a must, whole thing depends upon you fearing for your life if you do not comply, you master your fear and no matter what they throw at you, you will have the confidence to give back everytime. The second thing they look at is that you are an intelligent and resilient person capable of withstanding adversities in life. Third thing is that you are able to explicitly follow what they say.

What you can do is first do some introspection especially if you hear a rumour against someone or if someone asks you to keep a watchful eye/harass someone. Be at least cautious that a prolonged activity like this will never be in your interest if you were on the receiving end of it. Think a little that if a person commits a crime or has done something wrong, firstly they would have been behind bars by now, but since they are not and extra judicial torture methods are being used, it only proves their innocence.

As far as reporting the crime, the Government and Law Enforcement are aware of it, in on it, and gives blessings for this to continue through civilians on the ground wherever you go so that they cannot be caught red handed in directly committing the crime/instigating the crime as it is against the Constitution of Many countries around the world. People are paid to commit this crime via gift cards and ewallets, again to avoid leaving a money trail heading back to the government.

If you are a victim, repeated Non-Touch Torture has been instigated by your Government against you on the ground through Civilians and in Extreme Cases through the use of Directed Microwaves and other Frequencies to spoil your health and slowly kill you off overtime by the trauma sustained. I did enter the mental health apparatus back in 2017 when I was a wee lad. But these attacks are relatively new to me, having begun only this year.

I don't have anything of military interest. I posit that the mental health industry is trying to make me keel over. My "therapy" is public so they could feasibly attack me through there.

I am also a defeatist type individual and I am on the far right ideologically. I believe this is what ticked them off, you (general you) can't really be against the bipartisan state here or the group coordinating will harass you.

When the police arrived at my house she was a female cop and she said I wasn't in trouble, but she warned me that I have to be careful what I post online because she admitted to me that law enforcement has my IP address. I did remember that I posted on Youtube on a blackpill channel that I said I wanted to stab my brother. I apologized to the police and said that I wouldn't do it again. I remembered there was a police car and an ambulance parked in front of my house, so they were aware that I was depressed. Fast forward a couple of months later I started watching conspiracy videos on Bitchute and kept researching died suddenly on Google news regarding the Covid19 vaccine deaths. Not long after that weird things would happen to my internet router and my dad couldn't hear me when I was on the phone with him, but I could hear me clearly and the call issue only happens when he contacts me, but when he calls his other contacts, everything is normal. So I knew I was being monitored. On August of 2024 I saw a white land rover with black tinted windows parked in front of my house and it had the NT government logo on the door. I approached the car and it sped off. The next day I started getting gangstalked everywhere I went in society. Fast forward 3 weeks later I was being tortured with v2k tech, (the voice of god weapon) that was used in Iraq. All my electronic devices is hacked and I tried leaving the country only to find out that my harassment followed me overseas.
