Are there any languages that you're currently learning ? I know that there is no reason to be studying any other language when you already know how to speak the boss of all languages - English, but it is worth the try.

I was learning Swedish but gave up.

I'm too tired for that rn, but I wish I could speak German and Swedish well

I'm always learning more English. I've got to become fluent in this bitch of a language that I like.

A few others also, but my brain is too fried to study them consistently. :feelstastyman:

I feel a bit silly sometimes trying to learn them since I have no one to practice with.

English, I still don't have a great level.
Other language I would really like to learn is german.

I assumed you were American

In fact it's here where I learn English

I was learning polish and gave up

I never had any reason nor motivation to learn any foreign language other than english. I'm not like those foids who do it for fun. Maybe korean to read new manhwa chapters before they get translated, but it's not worth the effort. Learning programming languages would be better.

No, but that's good to know.

Me too.
Before joining the forum my level was way below average and now it's good by Spanish standarts

English, German and Italian are what I’ve studied so far in the school system, but English is the only language that I can almost fully understand (like read a book or watch a movie) and speak, even though my verbal skills are trash, but that’s the case with my native language too though. If you’re terminally online your whole life you’re exposed to English 24/7 so it’s not like a big achievement you can be proud of.

Since I’m not exposed to either German or Italian, my knowledge of those languages is negligible.

I try to study German nowadays but it’s difficult and confusing af.

Well done, man. My goal is to become fluent until the age of 25 (I turn 24 in June), so a year and some months ahead. I think it's feasible.

I've been practicing German, I was initially interested in Norwegian but then dropped it, since German has more speakers.

chinese currently. i'd probably do either spanish or french though if i wanted to branch off from english. i do feel like when you know english you don't need to learn any other european languages though. because not only all europeans, but the whole entire world speaks english. easily the most ubiquitous and pervasive language in all of history
