The guys I know in my situation are abusing over-the-counter stuff like motion sickness pills, DXM, benzedrex, and tylenol 3. Alcohol and weed are pretty common too when you don't have the social network to find anything more fun I guess.

I think tobacco could work too buts its not really a intoxicating substance just one you kinda get addicted to for fun because you really stop feeling any affects from tobacco a week in
