It's not even seeing other people different from me (i.g. normies) currently having bonds, communities and intimate relationships, but rather seeing that in the past guys like me had all of that while being themselves.

In other times, Mesopotamia, ancient Egypt, the Roman Empire, tribes, etc., everyone had bonds, community and sex, no matter how weird and deformed he was.

Infant mortality was high, with a 50% chance of dying before the age of 10, but reaching around 40. To compensate, women married at the onset of puberty, at 12-13, and had an average of 10 children.
