What they mean by "good personality" is anyone who makes them feel like nothing is their fault and that they needn't take any accountability for anything.

I think this is correct, but they also evaluate how well connected you are, your social status as they really value the trickle down fame and attention they receive from being with some famous/respected guy. They try to see how many women you had and how many female friends you have to make a calculation of how well sought after you are, because of their hivemind, plus they might think that you have a big dick, but also so they don't feel duped and many like the emotion of being stressed by him possibly cheating and so they can be super emotional and justify tantrums and try bullying him until it gets boring and she dumps him.

Remember, NTs have negative emotions in the first moments of looking at a ND, specially autists (look this at incel wiki). Idk if it's because of their looks (ugly or autist facial features perhaps) or not, but i do think what you're talking about definitely gives our diagnosis away with some interactions and they start reacting with repulsion. Btw it's bizarre to me that some incels still believe mentalcel is not a thing and only looks matter.
