That is not repentence in your heart, but rather through your mouth. You cannot say 'sorry Lord', then sin, knowing very well you are not truly sorry - because you would not have done it in the first place. After you die, you will never be able to repent from suicide until the Lord returns, and by then it will be too late. When he returns, in Revelations it says that every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord - but says that it will be too late.
