What do you guys dream about to get yourself to fall asleep

I used to fanatise a lot during my sleep and dream of how my life would be better and get some sort of arc like in a tv show and people finally respect me and i finally get in a relationship but these dreams do nothing but pain and false hope that dies the next day. I try to dream of my acrual shit experiences but it’s even worst and why dream of that when i already experience the shittness irl. Dreaming of a black space doesn’t help either for some reason. What do you guys dream of ?

I usually have dreams of persecution (e.g. trying to defend myself against people accusing me or blaming me). Honestly all my dreams are stressful af.
