I'd say that's a nearcel. However you cannot perfectly know whether you are a trucel or a nearcel until you die, so I think unless you are disfigured etc. there is a small chance. But the older you get the more it diminishes. That said, if your looks are not enough for a mtb+, what would you say to a ltb? Not disfigured, just ugly who still loves you but doesn't have an amazing personality.
