Serious I can’t lucid dream

I stay up until the sun comes up, to busy frying my brain on my iPhone watching garbage or posting here

I just wanna lucid dream and be with Jill. Maybe I gotta to establish a bedtime. I gotta set up some sort of lucid dream cycle routine or something of the sort

I need to regain some self control but it’s hard when you do nothing and have nothing.

i tried to do it some yrs ago watching some shitty guide on yt , for some reason it never worked you have to apparently make the conditions of your screen schedule and room conditions in a very specific way to do it , idk if its worth it or not

I did it once

Back in January

It was because I got up super early, went outside for an hour and then went back to sleep

But yeah it felt pretty real, or at the very least it felt like a way better version of VR

Like I actually felt good when I woke up

you should do it more then , sounds like a good cope . Fix up ur sleep schedule it will make life more tolerable
