Hey! First post here!
I would love to know your thoughts about these two particular individuals - Marilyn Manson and Chris Motionless(more pictures beneath). They are very similar with each other visually...But most importantly - they are both really ugly and even kinda defformed (don't even try to deny it). Both were super shy and suffered from anxiety and depression in school. Both were bullied and mocked because of their face and were avoided by femoids. Manson was even abusive toward some of his first girlfriends (he got them after fame) because of all the anger he had held all those years spent in suffering because of them. They created some kind of a mask, their whole looks and image, to hide their true insecure nature. And even that mask of wierd makeup and clothes looks disturbing AF. Yet they have not only dated gorgeous 10/10 models and actresses, but have as well tons of fangirls that truely belive they are awesome and handsome. What is the secret for these guys? They are still ugly af, but embraced that and reshaped themselves somehow to be attractive in a wierd way. I kinda amire their way of turning their life around. What do you guys think?

Marilyn Manson and everything he stands for is a thing of the past. Today, he would NEVER make a career again and if he hadn't made a career before, no one would give a fuck about his new albums who are actually shit. And he looks like shit now that he's old and fat and still wears this ridiculous outfits. He is still a fucking white male, even in his rebellion he is totally Mayonnaise - the Mayonnaisse Antichrist. He is opposing a society and a culture that doesn't even exist anymore.

Also, funny how back then the right-wingers have so heavily opposed him and everyone laughed and made fun off them. But now look what came out of it: someone like Miley Cyrus and all these freaks and dykes and feminist weirdos with huge pink dildos. What was shocking back then has clearly influenced mainstream pop culture since then. The most obvious example is Miley Cyrus imho, who is just this degenerate freak. And people like Marilyn Mason have paved the way for freaks like Cyrus to appear. And now it's not funny anymore...

Just for Manson because I don't know the other guy:

-- Money
-- Fashion (i.e.embodied a particular popular subcultural aesthetic)
-- Make-up (hides his ugly facial features in performances and videos)

Also, as someone else said, Manson would only have been appealing to a certain sub-section of young women in a certain time or place. A guy like that can have a high level of appeal in a certain subculture for however long that fad lasts. Chad's appeal might not be greater for those particular women, but it is more universal and enduring.
