I'm not rich but I can afford to live in India. There are hotels there that cost $7/night. You can also stay monthly for like $180-200. I have other problems I am wrestling with right now. As soon as they are fixed, I am moving to Himachal Pradesh, or Uttar Pradesh, or some combination.

NSA isn't going to get hacked digitally. Their cyber security is the apex of the pyramid. Their biggest security leak is their employees. Even then, I'd wager there are plenty of countermeasures and failsafes in place, especially after ES.
