I saw some random balkan dude eating a bread, raw vegetables with salt ( tomato, pepper) and some cheese. Which is normal here in EE

The dude got a million likes and commenters were making fun of him for eating "ingridients only"

I dont understand, westeners dont eat like this : just cut up some bread, raw vegetable and sausage, eat with hand, salt it all. Thats it. ?
