I got exposed today. My shrink straight up asked me if I belong to the incel community. Then he spent the next 2 hours trying to gaslight, deny basic evopsy concepts, and promote the betabux lifestyle. I wish I was lying. He used every cliche in the book. This fucking faggot tried to convince me that women in their 30s are better because they're "more experienced" and "secure with their sexuality." Apparently they take better care of their appearance and are more eager to satisfy their husbands too. JFL, yeah let's just ignore the thousands of men who complain about dead bedrooms, their wives hitting the wall, getting divorce raped or cheated on, etc. Then to make matters worse these cucks pollute the gene pool and create another generation of incels. I can't even express my rage right now.

He asked lots of questions about the community, but I was too flustered to give a coherent response. I would really appreciate it if you guys posted some quality content (blackpills, videos, memes, or whatever) before my next session. I need ammunition. This guy is one of the top professionals in the country and he plans to generate more discussion about us in the near future. I'm practically a lab rat now. Can't afford to fuck this up like jackbud. The mental health system is our greatest enemy.

ETA: I'm legally obligated to attend therapy. No choice for now.

(I've gotten the "women are better in their 30s" talk from my therapist too. I guess it will soon change to "a woman's 40s are really her best years for sex." HAHAHA)
 
What kind of incel are you? To get him you need to start with yourself and use examples in your life. Then take stats and present those as well as the thinking. Don't answer any questions you don't actually know as well, just say you are not sure.

There's a power imbalance when you're being confrontational with a shrink, isn't there? Does this guy have any power over your life? I know that they have some ability to have people "institutionalized for thinking suicidal thoughts" and given medication etc.

I guess I'd try to make him feel sorry for me and not be too agressive, but idk, sounds like a pain in the ass for sure.
