Watching Joker alone at cinema right when it came out is a highlight of my past few years

I loved the film is all. I rarely go to the cinema and the previous one I had seen was fucking Venom from 2018 so you can believe what a step-up Joker was in comparison.

I used to go to the movies by myself a lot, would have a few drinks beforehand. Did that every weekend for a while, was a lonely but somewhat good time. Though jokER is one I would have loved to see on a big movie screen, but I didn't because I entered ldar at the time of release.

Sorry to hear that and I'm sad to say you did miss out on a great experience.

Same ,it was really good cope ,but joker was really full

It was good but I felt that it was good in a you watch this only once or twice and never again kinda way.

It's not a perfect movie really but if you went into it with the correct mood and expectations, it was a weirdly cool meta experience. It loses its charm on rewatches for sure though.

Joker was great. I hope they make a sequel but I really doubt they will. :feelsmage:

I never saw it in the cinema; I hung around outside the cinema on more than one occasion and was tempted to go in to watch it, but never did. I finally watched it when it was released on Amazon Prime - alone, at home, in the dark - just the way I wanted.
