Ideologies are just a framework you use to control the goyim. What specific ideology it is, it doesn't matter. Whether it is religion, nationalism, communism, or whatever other collective.
Back in WW2 my great grandpa was a high ranking officer in the serbian Chetnik (monarchist) movement (and briefly for the Nazis). He married my great grandma (slovenian czech lady) and she gave birth to my grandpa in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Afterwards he left for Serbia alone to participate in the war.
Two stories of his "heroism" have reached our family in the recent years.
In the first story, the chetniks were resting in a certain village. The village people would supply them with food and drinks. They had a young boy deliver them to the soldiers. One of the soldiers didn't appreciate being given burnt bread, so he started smacking the kid around. My great grandpa, who was his superior, got pissed when he found out and had him lashed/whipped.
In the second story, the chetniks were resting at a different village. His men had had a long day, and decided to rape a young serbian lady. My great grandpa stopped them, rescued her and asked them why they were embarassing the movement.
After this, he had grown so paranoid of the possibility that his own men might jump him out of revenge, that he left the movement.
He then joined the Nedicevci movement (the Nazis). Unfortunately for him, only a month after he had joined, the communists had swept through the country and won. He hid out in the attic of a tavern. One night, he got drunk and felt he had not done anything wrong in the war, and came downstairs, where the tavern waitress ratted him out to the communists.
He was abruptly executed via firing squad.
Back in Slovenia, his wife had died of an illness. Her grave has her maiden name rather than his last name, meaning she probably wasn't fond of his decision to go and play hero in Serbia.
My grandpa had to grow up as an orphan from the age of 3 onwards. The son of a serbian enemy of the state, as a minority in Slovenia. His whole life he likely felt like an outcast with an inferiority complex. I am told he was a workaholic who spoke 5 languages fluently. I certainly believe this came from his need to prove himself as a civilized human being, due to the burden his father left him with.
So what is an ideology? An ideology is a perfectionist idea with a set of values. Here's the problem. An ideological movement is made up of humans. Humans aren't set in stone. They don't have inherent values. They aren't objective. In order for a human to perfectly align himself with an ideology, he would have to be an ego-less being. Essentially a robot.
My great grandpa didn't realize this, so he moralfagged his own soldiers. He didn't realize that the movement doesn't define the soldiers, but the soldiers define the movement. The movement is merely an excuse for humans to rape and kill, which is what humans naturally enjoy doing. It was always meant to be a facade. If you take it seriously, you are ridding people of the one joyful aspect of war.
Over this idea of a just movement, my great grandpa abandoned his family, moralfagged his soldiers and got himself killed. He is no hero. He is a deadbeat idealist.
Nationalism is very tragic. It is essentially a generational curse. Your ancestors died like cattle for an idea, and now if you don't do the same, their deaths will have been in vain. You are essentially shamed into killing yourself.
My grandpa thought he needed to switch movements. That if only he could find the right movement, his heroism wouldn't have been for nothing. But human nature trumps all social values. He didn't realize that every single movement in the history of this world was made up of murderers and rapists. That the difference between ideologies is merely on the surface, while their true values remained bound by human nature.
And the worst part? People today would worship my grandpa and consider him a hero. If a wae were to break out in Serbia right now, they would encourage me to do the same thing he did. The goyim never change.
