This is the land based Harpoon launcher truck.

The USA told Russia to stop blockading the Ukrainian ports at Odessa and Mykolaiv. And even after sinking the Russians Moskva battleship and killing up to over 500 crew, the Russian are still blockading the Ukrainian ports. The Ukrainians said they used up the only 2 Neptune Ukrainian made anti-ship missiles they had in that operation. Then they didn't have any more.

What the USA will probably do is give one last warning to stop blockading. Then if the Russian Navy still is not letting ships through, to get the Ukrainians to try to take out one of the Russian ships with these missiles. Then give another warning.

Russian government said today it is allowing non-military shipments to and from all Ukrainian ports whether controlled by the government of Ukraine or Russia.

Turns out the Ukrainians put a bunch of mines in the sea to stop a possible amphibious landing by the Russian military at Odessa. And now some of those mines have floated around the Black Sea. So its going to take a demining operation.

Also Russia pointed out that the sanctions on Russia are interfering with the ability to export grains from the ports in Ukraine that Russia controls. A lot of the Ukrainian grain ordinarily goes to the ports like at Mariupol and then is exported from there. Probably the Odessa port even without the mines can't handle all the Ukrainian grain exports, plus also the rail shipments would need rail capacity to there.

So it seems like this situation has been de-escalated. And now its going to take some time for the demining. And countries who need the grain shipments their pressure then goes on to NATO to ease the sanctions on Russia to allow the grain shipments.

2 of these Denmark anti-ship missile Harpoon trucks have made it into the field now.

2 missiles fired from them hit a Russian tugboat. Most of the Russian Navy has withdrawn to >150km radius from Ukrainian controlled territory, which is the range of the missiles.
