I have this most of the time. It is chronic (in my case) prostatitis. There is no cure apart from avoiding cold and taking ibuprofen. Too frequent need to urinate even when bladder is almost empty. I can't sleep enough without waking up to urinate (very small amount) even though I avoid drinking before going to sleep. This has ruined my life since puberty. My lifelong premature ejaculation is related to this, I think. I am poor and I don't have a car and I live in a cold climate. That is a veeeery bad combination in this condition. But even in summer with fewer clothes I get it actually worse than in winter. Summers actually are the worst time for my condition. It is 100 % related to cold-exposure.
