LifeFuel Unpopular opinion but I went to the mall by myself today and it is a good cope

So my lovely aunt gave me some money on my twentieth birthday and I decided to go to the mall to spend it on myself.

I bought myself a decent headphone and some shoes from my birthday money. They were expensive and leather made.

Then I ate the most decadent ice cream i have ever eaten in my life. Imagine chocolate ice cream with vanilla strips and filled with brownie chunks in the middle.

Then I also ate a huge kfc meal with coke.

Then I came back and took a huge nap.

you know because i spend 99% of my time rotting in bed doomscrolling I sometimes forget how therapeutic it can be to just go out and wander around places all by yourself be it checking out the new restaurant in town or going to the mall.

I thought I would hate it but honestly it was really fun.

Going outside every once in a while does feel good, to break the routine. But usually I go out becuase I have to; doctor appointment, dentist etc.

Tbh, too many bad experiences with normfags means that, if I have go outside, I feel angry, anxious and on the defensive the whole time. Very unpleasant.

I took a long walk in the hills today. It is sunny, hot but I was alone and I embraced fhe sweating.

sucks man. 90% of the malls in my cities have been ruined by niggers and browns. Thankfully there is a mall near my house that's quite underrated and not ruined by browns

what helps me ig is that I just tend to keep my interactions with others to minimum and am in "my head" to care about others
