It's best to disconnect from ALL of those things. I have here, YouTube (curated), 4chan Jav Thread, Scanlover (JAV stuff) and that is all. Curation is key.

Reality is whatever you make of it. If it adds no value to your life, then I'd suggest just cutting it out. Why punish yourself? Twitter isn't exactly a necessity, is it? Unless you use it for work or something, and even then you could avoid certain things on there.

I like suffering, anything else is foreign to me.
