I sent about 20+ applications to CuckDonalds in the last 2 months. I was rejected every time. One time i landed an interview - went there, dressed nicely, all fine, i am also not too socially retarded, went well i thought - rejected. I don't get it. I have over 6 years work experience on my resume. Ah well

Don't feel bad you get buried in a sea of applications and dressing nicely doesn't really benefit you at a mcdonalds interview (unless you dressed business casual or something). A lot of restaurants are managed really poorly as well

i swear the hiring process is so retarded for these places. they go through this long dumb ass process and at the end of it hire 1-2 people that either end up quitting or fired. their turnover rate is bad not as bad as walmart tho
