I used to use discord occasionally and used to speak with some of my high school friends on voice chats and stuff. But even then I had social anxiety and if there were new people who I didn’t know I would stay quiet and not say anything.

Eventually my friends made separate discord servers without me because I just stopped speaking whenever anyone new showed up.
