One of my first blackpilling experiences was when I was 11 years old, and first used instagram. I proceeded to follow my classmates and made my profile picture a selfie of my face. The next day I was made fun of for it in class, with normie classmates saying "you don't know how to take a proper selfie" and "you look funny in it". The brutal reality is that they posted selfies of themselves, even from funny angles below their face, yet because God decided to bless them with normal looks, it wasn't a problem.

They thought my looks were subpar so they thought the selfie I posted was unusual, and afterwards I removed the selfie from my profile and never posted an image of myself again on social media.

I literally do not have any pictures of myself. Every time I randomly encounter a mirror in public I feel the urgent need to run away. Like the moment the main character realises what he's become in Lovecraft's The Outsider. Which now that I'm reminded of it is probably a really good representation of what we go through.
