trucel trait: not caring about your bad habits

jfl if your a trucel and you care about this
i have so many bad habits if i named them all i'd be typing all night
but just to name a few: drinking 1-3 energy drinks a day, smoking, diet being comprised of mostly candy and fast food, staying up all night for no reason and many others

Still take a shower everyday, brush my teethes everyday because i like feeling clean. But the rest like nutrition, sleeping scedule, and "self improvement" is useless because there's no future for truecels.

I am showering daily and take some care of my dental hygiene, I also lift occasionally. But the rest is a catastrophe: I stay awake until the late night; wake up early in the morning; I have enormous bags under my eyes and look like a corpse. I am addicted to pornography. I dgaf about responsibilities like caring for certain important dates/documents in jobs/studies/etc.; a few months ago I was still very careful in that regard, nowadays I am not. I shave only when the beard becomes intolerable - about once a week. Also had some trouble due to reckless driving. The only thing I like is lying in my bed and listening to music or walking around in my room. The worst thing is that I tend to bite my pencils and this is a) toxic and b) causes property damage, but I have given up on correcting that vice. I also have had gastrointestinal problems due to wrong eating habits a few months ago. I make plans, but never follow them through and due to lacking attention span I am also not reading anything new/taxing. Despite fearing sickness to some degree I don't care about my health.
