Unfortunately, many of us here have tossed the coin on the wrong side, and it's quiet likely things from the social perspective will change anytime soon. Especially if you are in your late 20s like me, and still a virgin with barely any friends. However, I'm thankful for my health, and the fact that despite all the stress i've been through lately with the physical inactivity, my blood pressure is still normal; probably because I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I've seen posts here from people who punish themselves by eating a lot, and smoking. My message is clear - get rid of those habits, drink plenty of water, and exercise at least three times a week, or weekends only. Stay healthy because chances are we are going to be alone in our old ages, and there won't be anyone to take care of us.
 
Yes, you don’t want to be at the mercy of nurses and medical staff that hate or don’t give a fuck about you.

Stay reasonably healthy and hopefully you’ll just drop dead at home eventually of old age or ideally in your sleep.

Comfort maxxing should be everyone’s goal here if you lack the mental framework and or courage for self deletion.
 
Very true, if like is already difficult - why make it more painful by adding health issues which are both expensive and depressing.
 
Most of us will die young of suicide or health issues anyway.

I know. My worst habits are probably drinking, and being sleepless for a whole day, in every week. I'm trying to improve it. I also love exercising, been riding my new road bike like crazy. It is difficult, but fun.

Same, I only drink half a glass of wine on Christmas with my family and thats it. I get nauseous just from the smell of cigarettes
