Note: i am reffering to all of the education places as schools, i know in america, there are different names for different things like middle school, high school, etc. I have no idea what they mean. I'm referring to everything as school. I'm sure you can make out what i'm reffering to at the moment, i talk about the whole journey.

Humans are social creatures. The primary needs of humans after immidiate self-survival are social and reproduction-related needs. You can learn more by exploring Maslow's hierarchy of needs.
While offically schools are presented as places where people go to to aquire "education", in reality schools are first and foremost social hunger games for children and young adults (so called "teenagers), with education being a small bonus. This truth is self-evident, if you took even a little moment to think about it. Most people, when thinking about their school days, think about anything besides the learned subject matter. When you think about school, you think about your classmates, your teachers, your bullies, your crushes, the weird kids, maybe your friends (if you had any), an incident that took place at the school, the experiences you had there, the stress you felt there, etc. No one truly ever wastes their time reminiscing specifically about the bullshit they were supposed to learn there.
Even In all popular media directed at school-aged people that depicts other school-aged people, the storylines are about making friends, having crushes, getting into trouble, climbing the social ladder, partying etc.
This is to say that from a natural perspective, the social aspect of school is clearly more important to everyone involved than the education part. School is a social experiment. They put a bunch of young people together and see how they interact with one another. It's a place for people to test their powers: it's a competition where people exercise their want to dominate weaker beings in various ways. Even the teachers are there to dominate and subjugate. What people don't tell you is that, the guys who talk back at the teacher and cause trouble are the true people who are succeeding at school. They are proving that they are resilient and dominant. Same with the notorious bullies, if no one dares to challenge you, then you are succeeding (just to be clear: if you are the second least popular kid and make fun of the least popular kid, then you aren't a true bullychad).
Nerds are picked on exactly because of that. The purpose is to dominate but the nerds willingly submit to authority. If you are a good kid, then you are a loser, this is the harsh truth but it's clear. Everywhere, this is acknowledged but pointing it out is discouraged. Ugly nerds are often told copes like "your bullies will suffer in the future for not being good obedient students, while the fruits of your intellectual labour will pay off and you will get a degree, a good house, a car with wife and kids". What they don't tell you is that the bullyChads will do completely fine and that you will more likely do all that bullshit for no reason. The "wife" if you ever get her has already slept with all your bullies and you're a retarded betabuxxer.
School is a life simulation where the rules are more relaxed than in the life that follows. School is also enough proof to vindicate the blackpill. Observing school social dynamics helps us to debunk all of the "good personality" bullshit. "Bad people" have no problem making friends, getting girlfriends etc. Foids naturally gravitate towards the aggressive Chads and Ogres.
When people reach the age where they reach biological adulthood and develop strong sexual urges, a layer of complications is added. This is where the game of school truly begins. Quickly the "you aren't ready for a relationship, do self-improvement" grift gets extinguished along with the "teens are innocent children" crap. School then becomes a giant real life tinder for Chads and Stacies. At the same time, many non-chads and non-ogres become frustrated due to the lack of sex (they may not put the two and two together) .
To put it bluntly: schools are government owned torture chambers created to turn young goys into the perfect worker drones that can help keep the cycle of abuse and the control system behind it going.
