feeling clean, i feel a little better now

ive been gymmaxxing at 7 am every day for the past 2 weeks now too

i adjusted my sleep schedule to make it so that i stay up all night and am asleep from 6pm to 2 am so i see as little of other human beings as possible

i get the whole early morning and night to myself, my huge uni campus all to myself as the sun slowly rises

feels good

I didn't have access to hot water at the time and it was during the winter
plus i was lazy asf, so lazy i couldn't even push myself to take a shower

When I had the exact same sleep schedule as you, I felt as if I was in a deep dark hole, and really depressed.
I fixed my sleep schedule, got a job, go outside for vitamin D and sometimes Run on the local track to do some intervals.
I feel 100x better

i kinda like this sleep schedule though cause i can study at late night then enjoy the morning

If you have severe depression there's like this invisible force preventing you from doing anything, other than the bare minimum to stay alive.
