Tonight will be my last drinking session.

On Monday I drank the equivalent of 350ml of Vodka and puked at night and had a massive headache and felt awful, since it's new years eve I'll drink some beer tonight but after that I'll take atleast a month long break maybe a longer one, as it can cause serious heath damage and I'm wasting so much money on drinking.

Doing basic chores feel super tough in the days and weeks after drinking

I cant get shit done and want to sleep all of the time.
