I used to, but the quality was not good. I have to source some better quality brain.
But I am moderate about it all. I also eat salads every ince in a while. Mostly fruits though.
From many veggies I get bloated. Some fruits too.
Never had these issues with meats and such.
I used to drink a lot of raw milk, but nowadays a lot iess and if then mostly when it's sour or Ii make Kefir.
And yes, I actually like it.
As for meats, I prefer them aged. If they aare fresh they taste bland. They have to "cook" a bit at room temperature.
