Russian model sues 'sugar daddy' who 'kicked her out after she refused sex'
A STUNNING Russian model is suing a property tycoon who she claims kicked her out of his flat when she stopped sleeping with him.
Leggy Yana Gudkova claims she was allowed to stay in a multi-million pound flat belonging to property developer Brent Carrier, as long as she remained his mistress.
She even claimed that Mr Carrier, who is married, constantly told her he would get a divorce and they would be together.
But after realising this would never happen, Yana said she stopped sleeping with her "sugar daddy".
Her lawsuit states that Brent wanted her to "be available to him as an occasional intimate companion whenever he wished".
Mr Carrier, 55, who is president of New York-based CRE Development, has denied most of the allegations and insists that the Russian beauty has made them up.
He has accepted that Yana lived in his Chelsea, New York flat but "only as a favour", and the two of them never had sex.
His lawyer, Steven Bagwin, said: "It was an apartment he didn't need or want. She was merely a guest."
Mr Bagwin added that his client returned all of her belongings when she moved out.
But foxy Yana claims that the property mogul swiped her most expensive belongings when she left the flat.
She is demanding her diamond jewellery, including her £6,500 Rolex, her Snakeskin purses, Mac, and iPad Mini, be returned to her immediately.
