This has been the worst and most boring generation of gaming

I cannot think of a single game worth getting this generation. Game development has slowed down to a crawl due to muh graphics. Most games are ultra casualized/streamlined or derivative.
Ps4/Xbox one generation wasn't this bad. There were games then I actually wanted to purchase. There's been nothing this generation that has interested me at all.


So many slop remakes too. "DO YOU WANT TO PLAY RE4 BUT ALL ENEMIES ARE BULLET SPONGES"

Not sure if you are a fan of it, but South Park The Stick of Truth was easily one of the best and most entertaining single player games i have played in my life and it was released in 2014

The only critcism i have for SotS is that the game was a little too easy, even on high difficulties. You could defeat 95% of enemies with the same fee strategies and abilities

Yeah, modern games are becoming more and more painfully AIDS. The only games on my wishlist post 2018-2019 on Steam are AA or smaller studios titles, or remasters/remakes of other games.

I like the new realistic PC fps games like Verdun. I never played Hell let Loose, or Squad, but They look really good. I wanted fps's to be more realistic for a long time and now those games exist.
