I am really tired guys. Have not been sleeping well lately.

Is there anything you do to help get better sleep? Would appreciate any input.

Things I need to work on
- getting off my phone (mostly time on .is) before bed. It’s nice chatting with bros but I gotta do it earlier just for my own good.
- getting off my computer at nighttime. I hear having too much late screen time is not good.
 
Hitting myself with a pan or getting drunk
 
good sleep is chad only

they fucking knocked me on my ass last night

Thanks boyos. I've tried benadryl, it doesn't help a whole lot, if it does, it tends to help just one or two nights then lose effect. I think I gotta get more active during the day, I don't know. I hope there will come a time where I can manage to get consistently restful sleep.

Write Journal before Bed to Get Thoughts out of your mind that keep you awake
