One of those problems you can’t properly fix. You literally need stars to align if you want to have a good nose with thick skin. And please make no mistake, thick skin does not mean your nose is “bulbous”. Nose bulbosity comes from a specific structure of lower lateral cartilages, that are “out flared” as shown in this picture :
Sometimes if you want to make a thick skin nose more defined you will need excess soft tissue removal with hyper-stretching of remaining soft tissues over the cartilage structure. Often this can only be achieved using cartilage grafts, which will help to hold the nose in the new position post surgery. Very very hard problem to fix, although some people succeed. Gives me hope.
