I guess I suffer from this. I have no muscle mass. It feels like I have jelly fat instead of muscles.

I starved myself to lose weight, I also struggled with sleeping my entire life. I think I averaged like 5 hours of sleep per night during my school years.

Poor lifestyle combined with subhuman genetics = it's over. literally over, no way of coming back from this
 
This is actually untrue because sex hormones are created from cholesterol. If you eat a high fat diet then your body produces more T. Your SHBG levels might elevate as a result but there's always supplements like boron to lower it.
Hormones like testosterone don't only come from cholesterol but are made from different things in the body's hormone system This includes cholesterol other fat molecules amino acids and certain vitamins So even if eating a lot of fat is good for cholesterol it doesn't always mean it will make more testosterone in the same way
 
Some people are just subhuman. Low-T + balding is most brootal combo IMO, cause typically low-T should counteract balding.
