I think you have a decent chance but will have to work hard. And she will be really low SMV, so you will probably not be attracted to her or have a "good" relationship

Me not being attracted to her is good, if you think about it. There will be no stress trying to secure her and keep her. She will venerate me for being more attractive than her and basically do whatever I want for fear that I will leave her for someone better. So that outcome would be more advantageous than marrying a good-looking girl that can always fuck you up whenever she wants because she knows her value is bigger than yours.
