When it came to ugly guys most of them looked like shit, they had like terminally online kyphotic physiques
obviously being recessed will limit your airway and contributes to development of kyphosis, and this trend tends to occur more strongly with men. Still, I suspect that ugly men being forced into terminally online pursuits was a strong contributing factor. Women spend a ton of time doing stupid shit on their phones but it doesn't turn into something they end up doing all day. Meanwhile a typical incel spends all day on the computer and then when they try to go to the gym, their fascia are too locked into kyphosis to make any progress and they're much more likely to get injured
