Discussion "There are other things outside of relationships and sex"

Outside and sometimes inside BP circles people claim that sex and relationships are overrated and not necessary to live your life.
I've heard BPers say that once everything is said and done one should pursue his meaning elsewhere and not sit on something that you can not change for too long. Do you think this is possible and if it is where do you find your purpose?

Think focusing on something else can be a good way to cope, but nah, having sex, being in a relationship, having been in a relationship, having a partner to do things with, I think those would be some of the best things about life under the right cirumstances.
