Serious Therapy is cucked for this simple reason

If you have an avoidant personality as an autist/incel, and both desire social relationships but fear them, what therapy attempts to do is reconcile yourself to the world and artificially increase your self-esteem, rather than drive home the point that there is a good reason why you fear social relationships, fear rejection, and feel inferior in the first place, and that you should primarily seek to develop individual coping mechanisms for your inherent alienation, instead of putting socially conformist band-aids on it by going to school or getting a job.

Going to school or getting a job for sub8 + subNT men ultimately makes the situation worse, because it is far beneath our dignity to be insulted by our low status day after day relative to normgroids and foids, and the attrition breaks us.

This attitude is characterized as "narcissism" because only psychopathic Chads and roasties are allowed to be narcissistic. If you are socially inferior, on the other hand, the system just wants to beat your notions of individual worth down and make you into another pitiful slave, under the ironic guise of "self-improvement" and becoming "confident."
