This thread is High IQ.
There is a YouTuber that goes over biochemistry with similar research, although more about the carnivore diet and just in videos and not in the description:

I am somewhat practicing the pseudo-carnivore diet, or keto diet, and doing daily dry fasts for close to 24 hours. I see great results for the tips, like in his dairy video. I noticed that dairy makes me hungrier and more likely to eat other sweets and drink more water, which breaks my ketosis case and puts me in lipolysis, so I was stuck in a weird limbo for weeks to a month when I was 189-184 lbs and mainly in the middle; after like 4 days, I am around 180 lbs and should be like under 179 lbs tomorrow by limiting my dairy intake or just drinking it before I eat my meal to limit craving. The fluoride case got me; I am contemplating not drinking water anymore but supplementing with other liquids like milk or just going on dry fast until I am lean since my peak day is over 8 days and I got like around 20% or less body fat from image lookup online (I just know that I am around 203 lbs and shorter; I was measured at 22% with the device but barely look different to 20% body fat but with less waist circumference), so I should have a enough in my fat.
