THIS is what I always say. We should all primarily eat raw animal organs, drink blood and eat hydrating fruit. That is what I believe the elites are actually doing while they try to brainwash us to eat vegetable goyslop. They just want to make us weaker, uglier and easier to manipulate
The dietpill is part of the reason girls are 20x more likely to have early puberty (because kids are exposed to estrogen-boosting chemicals from birth. Most brutal thing is, there's no escaping it. It's in fruits and vegetables (sometimes even organic ones), meat, dairy, the water system. As well as being in plastic containers and packaging. It's basically over at this point, which is why I advocate for taking aromatase inhibitors to neutralize the effect of lowering testosterone levels.
It's a worldwide problem with 3rd world countries having even lower testosterone levels as they face the effects of both bad nutrients and poor quality plastics and diets, and farmers too who deal with pesticides and similar chemicals. View attachment 1178179
Thank you- it truly is awful just how we are literally being poisoned: In a way, it's as if it adds "insult to injury" I'm sure you get it.
Thanks- it's also possible to buy directly from farmers, but that is costly still.
Best thing to do, might be to go off-grid & live off the land like @wasted12years
That is a possibility, especially since it's been a core part of their diets for thousands of years iirc.
Autism rates have increased, yes, in part due to dietary reasons.
However, it seems Whites by default are more likely to be Autistic: By this, I mean that we are both likely to be autistic by birth, whilst NT Whites exhibit behavior more closer to that of Autistics(more introverted)
Rice has more phytates in it, which can ofc stunt growth potentially.
I hate how people these days just turn shit into insults without regards to their actual meaning. I heard someone call Andrew Tate an incel and trust me he gets a shit ton of sex jfl.

He's coping. There's nothing that suggests rice alone will stunt your growth. You'll only stunt your growth if you're a vegancuck, but they're only 1" shorter on average than meat-eaters.
Whilst it is firmly established by many Blackpill metrics, that looks, height, and NTness are largely determined by your genetics, a reasonable portion can still be determined by other life factors. IN this thread, I will be going over how our modern diets, especially the American one, can impact looks & NTness.
To start off, let's tap into some blood-memory & take a trip to the past: Prior to the invention & diffusion of agriculture, humans lived in hunter-gatherer tribalistic societies. Their diets consisting primarily of that of meat, fruit, dairy, fish etc.
However, upon the invention of agriculture, a change can be noticed in that of the human skull:
Reasoning lies in many reasons: For example, it's obvious that diets consisting of more meat will require more chewing, as well as the Hunter-Gatherer lifestyle being one which is much more arduous & "tough"
However, could the nutritional value of the food itself be causing some kind of Impact on the development of the skull shape?
According to some research, testosterone does play a role in the outcome of facial shape, features, dimorphism, etc:
I don't think I need to say this, but It's blatantly obvious that the majority of people that meat obviously raises testosterone levels: However, what is lesser-understood, is the fact that many agricultural crops contained phytates, which are known to lower T-levels.
Now let's jump back to the present......
It's obvious to all non-normies just how dogshit our diet is, no one can deny that: However, what we need to asses is just how much this can impact the outcome of looks.
Let's start off with seed-oils, according to research, it not only lowers-testosterone, but can directly cause acne & inflammation:
Soy is another culprit, of course(no need to elaborate why, the memes tell us enough), and it's literally fed to infants here in the US:

To summarize things- we may have been born sub-5 & non-nt, but our modern diets accelerated & worsened it.

Modern food has significantly contributed to the rise in obesity through several factors:
1. **High-Calorie, Low-Nutrient Foods**: Many processed foods are high in calories, sugars, fats, and refined carbohydrates but low in essential nutrients. These foods can contribute to overeating and weight gain.
2. **Portion Sizes**: Over the years, portion sizes in restaurants and packaged foods have increased, leading to higher caloric intake.
3. **Sugar-Sweetened Beverages**: The widespread consumption of sugary drinks, including sodas and energy drinks, adds empty calories to diets without providing satiety, leading to increased overall calorie consumption.
4. **Convenience Foods**: The fast food and ready-to-eat meals industry has made it easier for people to consume high-calorie, low-nutrient foods quickly and frequently.
5. **Marketing and Advertising**: Aggressive marketing of unhealthy foods, particularly to children, influences eating habits and preferences, often promoting high-calorie, sugary, and fatty foods.
6. **Food Environment**: The availability and accessibility of unhealthy food options in many environments, such as schools, workplaces, and neighborhoods, make it challenging to make healthier choices.
7. **Additives and Preservatives**: Certain additives and preservatives in processed foods can impact metabolism and appetite regulation, potentially leading to overeating.
8. **Palatability and Addictiveness**: Modern processed foods are often engineered to be highly palatable and even addictive, making it harder for people to regulate their food intake.
These factors, combined with a sedentary lifestyle common in modern society, have led to a significant increase in obesity rates globally.

Food is about the only real comfort I've ever had, besides video games and pulling my cock. I'm happy to consume all the lard and schlop, look forward to catching that heart attack - might have a crack at just becoming an obese junk food loser until I finally kick the can. Could give a fuck less about this world or the massive amount of selfish piss weak cunts in it.
Respectfully I'm not buying this. It's always been genes and you can actually loose weight eating straight Oreos as long as you go under the recommended daily calories.
Genes isn’t always the play by play. Environment can also affect your role as well. In reality it is luck. And you should be monkmaxxxing to get over and ascend over that luck

I am diagnosed and have also experienced massive improvements on a carnivore diet. Social anxiety down, body odor down, skin rashes gone, sugar crashes gone, no longer tired after eating etc. Only a few minor things to sort out left, like histamines maybe. But I am never going back to my old diet.
And btw, I was raised on a "top" diet by my parents. Very little meat or animal products, mostly whole wheat bread, plant fats etc. It fucked me up completely.
I only eat meat, fat, salt and water basically. No organs. I should be dead from scurvy, but hey, let people dream.
An interesting point I want to raise, made at timestamp in below video: Doctor Chaffee says that the reasons why pesticides were not banned in the 1980s is because companies could prove that plant toxins are magnitudes more toxic than pesticides.

This is cope, because some men with these shitty diets still become attractive. The diet thing is so overstated. It comforts the ego to believe that the reason you are ugly and low human capital is not because of poor genetics, but because of a series of unfortunate events.
In reality, even this meme is disingenuous. Diet has no or barely any correlation whatsoever with how your bones and muscle form and connect to one another. You could pass men who were subhuman, but had the utmost healthy diet and not know it. The confusion is yet another insidious manifestation of the halo effect.
As long as Chad is eating something, anything with calories and sufficient protein, he will look the way he was ordained to by genes. The supposed hunter gatherer skulls are likely due to survivorship bias, where incel men failed to survive and became lost.

That's legit. Sugar is the culprit of all however. Sugar a is psychoactive substance that's cheap, addictive and makes unpalatable food very palatable. Apparently in lab studies, rats prefer maltose to cocaine.
In fact, your points 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, and 8 are all importantly related to sugar and its properties.
I highly recommend The Case Against Sugar by Gary Taubes. The mere fact that diabetes in the 19th century used to be a word only ever rarely written and spoken in the vernaculars of practitioners and physicians to becoming a common word in English reflects that one in ten Americans today have diabetes and one in three are pre-diabetic. Sugar is the biggest ill of the 21st century.
@GeckoBus if you were looking for something informative and entertaining, try that read. It's truely illuminating and provides historical insights to diet of humans. Notebly that rather than a loaf of bread or slice of pie or pastry, when sugar proliferated in western cultures many people would buy sweets instead to the detriment of their diet and health.
That is simply because their ancestors were high status(rich) and had better diets. The damage and degeneration happens over generations slowly. This is what a lot of people don't understand about the dietpill

Prove me wrong. You said what you and your ancestors ate has absolutely nothing to do with how groups of people including you developed. Yes genetic recombination is a thing but its not the full story. Thinking everything in life is just random makes no sense at all, there are multiple factors that go into how someone develops. Nothing in life is random
