Lets say for example if a murderer kills a person/people, he surrenders himself to the police as a result of his fear of violence at the hands of the police if he doesn't comply with his arrest. Sometimes if the accused murder tries to resist arrest upon apprehension or tries to escape, the police may use actual violence. PHYSICAL FORCE or the threat of physical force is the only way to exert control over other people.
The only real definition of power is the ability to control people's actions/lives- which is done through physical force or threat of physical force as already mentioned. Governments can make laws, but what does creating a rule on a piece of paper accomplish if it is not actually followed by the populace? How do they ensure that people actually follow these laws? Governments use their funds (obtained primarily from taxing their wage-cuck slaves) to enforce laws and foreign policies by employing personnel to work in the law-enforcement/military and create weapons (which can be used to commit violence or threaten violence) for the police/military to use, thus enabling the government to control the lives of the entire state/nations' civilian population on a domestic scale through the police force, in addtion to the lives of civilians in other countries on an international scale through their military. This is how a government achieves power.
Now imagine a society in which due to female hypergamy, feminism and cucked laws which favour women, the majority of men become incels and consequently, drop out of the workforce to become NEET and LDAR. The economic productivity of the nation will be reduced significantly due to rapid decline in the labour force in all fields of work be it: Science, Technology, Engineering, Medicine, Construction etc, whether it be in the public or private sector. The government will lose funds, resulting in the production of guns, tanks, helicopters, warships, fighter jets, weapons of mass destruction(nukes) etc. decreasing drastically as the government is unable to afford the materials to produce these things. Even if they could afford the materials, there would be very few engineers and scientists to actually USE these materials in order to create these weapons/vehicles or to develop nukes, seeing as though most men are now NEET. Even if somehow these things could be produced, what is the point of manufacturing a gun if there is no soldier to wield it? What is the point of creating tanks if there is no one to drive it? whats the point of making helicopters/fighter jets if you cant even find a pilot to fly them?
Governments retain their power because cucks keep enlisting themselves in the military to be used as a pawn on the elite's chessboard, to fight and die in someone else's war while their governments enjoy a good life of safety and security at the expense of disposable men. The size of the military either stays the same or increases because those who are killed in action are quickly replaced by just as many, if not more willing cucks who are completely fine with being a puppet for their government and allowing the government to pull their strings. If every man simply stopped enlisting in the military, the military's population would become zero as current military personnel are either KIA or die of old age.
