Psychologists call it the “Pygmalion Effect”. Basically, people attach complete stereotyping towards your physical appearance and thus; these beliefs can dictate your future..

This applies to all aspects of life.. people expect attractive people to have confident, outgoing personalities and when they don’t live up to these expectations they are encouraged to be more confident and have their self-esteem boosted. When ugly people are unconfident it’s normal and expected..
