And why the fuck is the animation so wonky? I know it’s CGI and early in development but fucking the initial trailers for RDR2 and V looked magnificent in comparison.

I doubt it, the trailer is made on actual RAGE game engine especially if you look closely at the buildings when the aerial shots are shown, you can see it's a real game. Graphics looks decent.

I don't create expectations since The Last of Us part 2. It was extremely disappointing as a TLOU fan. Maybe the writing will be trash, but if the gameplay is fun, we have an entertaining cope for the next years to come. We could even play together. I'm glad they'll take a while to release, as I need a job and some money before I can buy it.

Oh it will be. GTA has always been misandristic but the thing is, those games were satiric and took the piss out of both men and women (and pretty much everyone and everything wrong with the world) when doing it, and the question is, will this have the balls to be more or less of the same formula or will it try to reinvent the wheel and masquerade as something new for a different generation while being blatant western propaganda?

I CANNOT see them pulling off their usual edgy humor in this day and age so I’m leaning towards the latter.

Graphics hardly look better than GTAV. I knew we would soon reach a peak on the inevitable progression of graphics. It’s like Moore’s Law. Developers will probably focus more on mocap and shit to increase realism. The jump from SA to 4 and 4 to 5 was so much more drastic than now.
