If you want people to think you are unique or smart or whatever, the best way to do so is to repeat what it is you want them to believe over and over. Most people are sheeple and will start to believe the reality you have set for yourself.
It also works for negative stuff if you want to be malicious. Tell someone they are dumb or slow or worthless repeatedly and they'll start to believe it even if it's not necessarily true.

Very few people are strong-minded enough to see through the bullshit.
