Romans 8:29 says, "God knew what he was doing from the very beginning. He decided from the outset to shape the lives of those who love him along the same lines as the life of his Son." Based on this, it seems God wants us to be like Jesus. What would Jesus do? He forgave sins. Likewise, you foids should forgive your rapists. To take a rapist to court is to hold a grudge against him. Forgiveness is so important that Jesus tells you to put it above making offerings. He says, "If you enter your place of worship and, about to make an offering, you suddenly remember a grudge a friend has against you, abandon your offering, leave immediately, go to this friend and make things right. Then and only then, come back and work things out with God." The Bible says:
You should forgive each of your rapists for up to seventy seven rapes. In that chapter of Matthew, chapter 18, it says to forgive or else God won't forgive you.
This is more than about forgiveness though. Jesus said, "a man leaves father and mother and is firmly bonded to his wife, becoming one flesh—no longer two bodies but one. Because God created this organic union of the two sexes, no one should desecrate his art by cutting them apart" in Matthew 19:6. This is referring to marriage and divorce. When a man rapes a woman, they become one flesh and by accusing the rapist, it cuts them apart. When a foid is raped, she should marry her rapist and let him do it more.
Apostle Paul said it's wrong to take someone to court: "And how dare you take each other to court! When you think you have been wronged, does it make any sense to go before a court that knows nothing of God’s ways instead of a family of Christians?"
Jesus also said we should bestow mercy to criminals, which includes rapists:
If you foids accuse your rapist, you will rot in Hell for eternity. I haven't read the whole Bible so there's probably more within it that dictates that we should show compassion to the least of these.
At that point Peter got up the nerve to ask, “Master, how many times do I forgive a brother or sister who hurts me? Seven?”
Jesus replied, “Seven! Hardly. Try seventy times seven.

Take what’s coming to you in this kingdom. It’s been ready for you since the world’s foundation. And here’s why:
...
I was in prison and you came to me.
