Recipe:
30ml bourbon (If you have Rye whiskey that's actually even better)
30ml amaretto liqueur
30ml simple syrup
30ml lemon juice
How to make:
Put all the ingredients into a shaker, (I recommend putting the lemon and syrup first because they are cheaper so if you fuck up you don't have to waste whiskey)
add 3 dashes of foamer or alternatively add 1 egg white, shake it thoroughly, strain it into the shaker again, and then shake it lightly so that the foamer will start to react.
pour it into a lowball/old fashioned glass filled with ice and you can garnish it with maraschino cherry and/or lemon twist.
