do you think they add long lists of chemicals to discourage shoppers from making their own sauce?

like for a long time I wanted vinigrette sauce but kept postponing it.
my go to is look at the ingredients list, buy minus the chems and then blend it.

but they really went overboard with vinigger sauce ya know.

but today I had some time.
its actually just olive oil, lemon juice/vinigger and mustard/garlic/honey.

yeah you could say they just like making people sick, but maybe its also to make it look so complex people just give up and eat the soy.

shit that's 3 ingredients is now 30 long.

foids have gotten so retarded and brainwashed they sell variations of cheese with olives preadded. these cunts can't even add olives now.
that's what 100 years of feminist led inbreeding with chad and tyrone has led humanity into.

The one thing they’re meant to be good at and their still shit at it jfl

Its usually artificial flavourings to make it taste serviceable as cheaply as possible and with as shit tier ingredients as possible. There also usually are conservants to make it shelf stable that you do not need if it is for immediate consumption and various nasty crap to "improve" color or consistency or whatever. If anything the long list proves that you are better off making your own from actual food and not the usual overprocessed cocktail of synthetic chemicals... at least that is the feeling I got before knowing what these are for.

Disgusting goyfeed

Looking up the recipe for vinaigrette sauce on the internet, it apparently involves some whisking and care while adding the olive oil, I can guarantee you that this is not the way they do it in the factory, and quite likely some of the chemicals are there just to simplify the processing. Your first mistake was attempting to imitate the store bought crap, any semidecent cook can beat that with ease just via doing it properly and using proper ingredients. This just looks like the most basic salad sauce you can make, I was not aware that it has a specific name or that you can even buy it in the store.

I just used a manual blender and a glass bowl
