If I were you I would not do this yet. It takes a lot of courage to kill yourself. I have bipolar disorder and I also wanted to off myself but I just could not do this due to the fear of physical pain and suffering before death. You can end up paralyzed down your neck If you fail. That's why I think a heroin overdose is the best way to go. Have you tried heroin? This could be the ultimate cope. I myself am too afraid to try it but it is so temting.
