Texas wants to keep the Mexicans from coming into their state, so they've set up their own border security. But the United States Border Patrol doesn't like that. Manning the border is their jurisdiction. Texas argues "It's our state, so it's our jurisdiction." And to enforce this against the will of the Border Patrol, Texas has tapped their National Guard.



And today, the SCOTUS ruled that Border Patrol has the right to decide what Texas does with their border. Border is federal jurisdiction, not state.

But Texas doesn't care. They will continue to fight. They'll claim 10th Amendment if they have to. But then, how are they gonna do that? It's already gone to the Supreme Court. They're not gonna re-rule on a case they just closed. But Texas insists on fighting anyway.

We have Texas armed forces fighting United States armed forces. You could argue that Civil War 2 is already happening and this is its first battle.

There was a video where the NG and DHS were pointing guns at each other. An NG hits a DHS in the face with the back of his rifle when he goes to cut the wire. It got removed and I can't find it anywhere though.
